Finparc srl ("Finparc", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data through this website (finparc.com), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Data Controller

Finparc srl Via Volta 76–78, 20083 Gaggiano (MI), Italy VAT no.: 08214020151 Email: finparc@finparc.com — Tel: +39 02 90296931

2. What data we collect

This website does not require you to register or log in. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us through the contact form, namely: name, company, email address, telephone number (optional), and the content of your message. We also process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) that our hosting provider records automatically for security and to deliver the site, and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use the data you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps at your request, and Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Technical and security data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is accessible to authorised Finparc staff. It may also be processed on our behalf by service providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, specifically: our website hosting and form provider (Framer B.V.), and our external web and communications service provider. These providers are bound by contract to process the data only on our instructions. We do not otherwise share your data, except where required by law.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any ensuing relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact us at finparc@finparc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
